Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza uses only anthracite for its “well done” pizza and chicken wings so our customers enjoy great taste with an eco-friendly cooking process.

At a time when there is a lot of talk about reducing U.S. dependence on foreign sources of energy, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, a small business based in South Florida, is actually doing it. We support the economy by using an abundant American natural resource mined by Americans. Anthracite coal for Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza comes from abandoned mines, minimizing the impact on our environment. And, once cleared, grass and trees are planted so the mine sites return to their original natural states.
